Early Sunset earrings

These stones .. OMG!  They are Qingu Turquoise which is mined in China.  It is known for its beautiful body of color and distinctive matrix patterns.  Thse stones remind me of an early sunset with blues and greens and just a hint of yellow.  I paired them with with golden citrine to bring out that hint of yellow.  The turquoise is set in Argentium silver and the citrine is bezel set in 14kt gold.  14kt gold-filled leverback earrings bring another hint of that yellow gold to the design.  These are truly a stunning statement piece!
