Suntrace Drops | Carnelian & Mixed Metals

There is something magical about the way sunlight spreads across an open landscape, casting golden rays over the earth and revealing unexpected beauty in the smallest details.

Inspired by these fleeting moments of light, the Suntrace Drops capture the warmth and radiance of the natural world through richly colored gemstones and hand-textured metals.

At the center of each earring, a glowing 10 mm carnelian cabochon is embraced by a warm 14kt gold-filled bezel. Fine lines radiate outward across the Argentium® silver surface, creating a sunburst of texture that catches and reflects the light. A delicate border of bonded 14kt yellow gold over sterling silver follows the softly angular edges, adding a warm golden contrast to the bright silver.

Suspended from sterling silver ear wires with gold wire-wrapped accents, these earrings move gently and bring a touch of autumn warmth to everyday style.

Handcrafted in my Santa Fe, New Mexico studio, the Suntrace Drops celebrate those beautiful, fleeting moments when sunlight transforms the ordinary into something extraordinary.
