Trail crossing ring
At certain points along a trail, paths meet and cross before continuing forward. This ring reflects that quiet moment of convergence.
Two sculpted bands of Argentium silver rise and taper toward the center stone, crossing gently beneath a luminous Tanzanite. A slender inlay of 18kt gold traces the intersection, adding warmth and a subtle highlight that draws the eye toward the stone.
The faceted Tanzanite is bezel-set to protect the gem while allowing its shifting violet-blue color to catch the light from every angle.
Hand fabricated in my Santa Fe studio, this ring balances strength and movement—echoing the meeting of paths that inspired its name.
Details:
• Natural Tanzanite (6 mm round, approximately 1 carat)
• Argentium silver with 18kt gold inlay accent
• Bezel-set stone
• Ring size US 8
• Hand fabricated in my Santa Fe studio
This piece was inspired by travels through Tanzania, where vast landscapes and the rare blue of Tanzanite first sparked the idea for the Tanzanite Trail collection.
